# Making Interoperable Patterns

Patterns are a type on content in the Faraway gaming ecosystem, and can be sold in the [Faraway Shop](https://shop.faraway.com) after being uploaded through the [Faraway Creator Suite](https://create.faraway.com).

## Where Can Patterns Be Used?

Patterns can be used as Banner backgrounds in [Dookey Dash: Unclogged](https://dookeydashunclogged.com), with more places for usage across Faraway games coming in the future.

## Pattern Guidelines

* Pattern can be any image with no transparency
* Pattern image should be repeatable and seamless
* Pattern size must be 1024x1024px
* Pattern can be uploaded as .png or .jpg
